Thư gửi Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ Donald Trump nhân chuyến thăm của ông đến Việt Nam ngày 27-28/2/2019. Lá thư nhắc lại các lần xâm lăng của Trung Quốc tại Hoàng Sa, miền Bắc Việt Nam và Trường Sa. Những người ký tên thư kêu gọi Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ yêu cầu Trung Quốc tuân thủ luật pháp quốc tế và đưa tranh chấp Hoàng Sa ra Tòa án Công lý Quốc tế. Thư đề cao vai trò của Hoa Kỳ trong việc gìn giữ hòa bình và đảm bảo quyền tự do hàng hải trên Biển Đông và kêu gọi hợp tác chặt chẽ hơn nữa giữa Hoa Kỳ và Việt Nam trong quân sự, thương mại và chính trị.

Letter to US President Donald Trump on his visit to Vietnam on 27-28 February 2019. The letter reiterated China's use of force and aggression in the Paracels, North of Vietnam and Spratlys. The signatories of the letter called on the US President to urge China to comply with international law and accept to bring the disputes to the International Court of Justice. The letter appreciates the role of the United States in peacekeeping and ensuring freedom of navigation in the South China Sea and calls for greater co-operation between the United States and Vietnam in military, economy and politics.
