Growing up with a keen interest in cooking, Chef James got his first job as a trainee chef in a country pub at 17. He worked there for two to three years, improving his cooking skills and finding his passion in the kitchen.

Chef James eventually got an offer to work as a Chef de Partie at a golf club that runs several hotels in London, where he became a sous-chef at the age of 19. He later transferred to a Michelin Star restaurant called Pennyhill Park, where his skills drastically improved.

Chef James’ pursuit of his passion for cooking has led him to be a private chef, earning a comfortable amount while doing the thing he loves most.
