How does the integration work?
Double the Donation offers a Salesforce integration which allows specific Donation data to flow from your PatronManager account into 360MatchPro. It also adds employer data to fields on the Donation and Contact records for easy reference in PatronManager - especially helpful when you're entering all the new matching gifts you'll be getting!
In addition to the 360MatchPro Salesforce integration, PatronManager supports the 360MatchPro search widget on your Donation Forms. This allows donors to quickly search for their employer while submitting their Donation, and directs them immediately to their employer's matching gift form once they submit their gift. The Donation information also flows directly into 360MatchPro so that you can take advantage of their excellent automation tools to help drive those matches to completion.

If you followed the setup instructions for the integration, you should have a field called "Company selected for matching gifts" on your Donation and Contact page layouts:
If you don't see the field, you can adjust your page layouts to add it. If it's still not visible, you may need to adjust the field-level security on that field in setup. Reach out to the team at Double the Donation for assistance if you get stuck.
When a donor submits a donation online and enters their company into the 360MatchPro search widget, that gift and information gets recorded in 360MatchPro immediately.
Information then passes back from 360MatchPro to PatronManager (for example, to update the "Company Selected for Matching Gifts" field on the Donation and Contact) approximately every fifteen minutes.
