Two phrases that I have been hearing and reading a lot from Creators/Educators/Professionals is to: 1. Learn in public 2. Build in public The reason they advice this is: - You get connected and noticed by the right audience i.e recruiters, seniors, hiring managers - You build your audience and community - Helps you stay motivated in your learning journey when you post regularly on what you learnt. Platforms that are great to build an audience on: - Twitter - LinkedIn - Youtube Additionally first start by CURATING content (like reflections on what you learnt/read this week) and then after 1-2 years move to CREATING content.
